Our support training is focused on having our teams train clients on the deployment and operation of the SmartFleet® System and its components immediately – to provide quick protection and expanding value.
Safefreight technical experts provide tailored instruction and tutorials to educate client fleet personnel, call center operators, contractors and other supply chain and fleet security partners on the best practices for properly installing, configuring and operating the SmartFleet® System hardware and software components.
Installation
Safefreight's installation training supports client and/or contracted fleet service personnel with proper, time-saving methods of installing system devices. Confidential installation tutorials are personalized to ensure that hardware and software components, whether it's an alarm, sensor or tracking device, are installed quickly and capably. We attempt to inspire client self-reliance in implementing small and large scale fleet projects.
Operation Training
Upon completion of the installation process, Safefreight’s technical experts educate client fleet personnel, call center operators, contractors and other system partners on the best practices for system administration, monitoring and use. Operation training is tailored to address issues specific to client implementation; and caters to the most advanced technical users to non–technical support staff.
