Call Center Reporting

Safefreight prepares daily, weekly or monthly invoice for Response Center clients, detailing the history of alert monitoring and response communications. Reports identify patterns to improve the monitoring of, and response to exception-based sensor events and security breaches. Reports also provide in-progress or resolved status and reviews and analysis of all incidence of theft.
